But they are difficult to ignore when they're emblazoned on the front of the Al Hirschfield Theatre where he's performing in “Kinky Boots.”
At the moment, “Kinky Boots” is the hottest ticket on Broadway.

I had the pleasure of seeing "Kinky Boots" before it opened in NYC and it is TRULY unbelievable. The score is amazing, the book is beautiful, the design is fantastic, the choreography is UNREAL, etc. etc. BUT, the best thing about this production IS Billy Porter. He is unreal in this role and shines like he is one of the biggest stars on Broadway. He made me laugh. He made me cry. Everything about his performance was beautiful, moving, and truly perfect. I look forward to the moment when he wins the TONY for Best Leading Actor in a Musical. CMU, you help start amazing careers...
