New approach taken to grow Covington arts, culture

cincinnati.com: Northern Kentucky's biggest city is taking a do-over on the Covington Arts District that former officials once believed held much promise. But city officials say they aren't abandoning the arts by any means. In fact, they believe that by erasing the zoning regulations that established the arts district, they will more effectively help the arts grow. Especially if Kentucky graces Covington with the newly created status of a state cultural district in coming months.
