From parking lot to full-sized rink in just a few days

'At 10:30, there were still tailgaters out here,' said Benn Breton, owner of the company that builds temporary skating rinks from scratch. 'We kicked everyone out and got started around 11.' Around 12 hours later, the parking lot was barely visible. Surrounded by trucks and other equipment was the giant sandbox used to make a level foundation for the Winter Classic Community Rink.
