The first known government-backed Bollywood acting school in North America has opened in Canada's largest city and its creator is hoping to capitalize on the region's booming South Asian population.
'Here, I'm opening the doors of Bollywood and Hollywood together,' said Lucky Sanda, program director of the Bollywood acting diploma program at the Canadian Institute of Management and Technology."

I would really like to know what courses students take in htis program. I grew up watching Bollywood with my best friend's family, and itis a lot closer to theater in it's approach then most modern films given the suspension of disbelief it requires when watching it. Hollywood seems to be aiming for realism while Bollywood can be more dramatic. Bollywood acting, and the movement that it's actors use is more like stage acting, it's bigger and more exaggerated then today's Hollywood film roles, so I would like to see how this program hopes to prepare it's students for both expectations.
