Starship Troy is a show I've never heard of but wish I had. A live sitcom? Thats gotta be a bit of a blast to watch. I only recognized a few of the plays on the list of the "10 recommended" but the live sitcom and the one man musical seemed to be the most interesting and inventive. Don't get me wrong, I'd like to see the sitcom die and be replaced with something (other then reality TV that is) else, but I find the idea of the audience being the canned laughter and annoying voice over voices kinda a cool idea.

I found it interesting that "Fat Pig" is going to be performed. For those of you who haven't seen it, Neil Lebuts (spelling?) play is actually a really hard to watch social commentary that has one of those endings that leaves you hanging but in a good way. It was performed at the Geffen Playhouse in LA on the outskirts of UCLA campus. It's an awesome dark piece that makes people squirm. Happy to see that it's continuing on to make more theater goers writhe in their seats.
