OnStage: Flights of fancy alight in Neverland
StarTribune: "A few years ago, Brosius had a delicious idea: Why not introduce two theater artists whom he admired on the international festival circuit to each other and then, perhaps, get them together on a project?"

I'm a huge fan of J.M. Barrie's tale of Peter Pan, so I'm always very wary when people decide to revamp it, which occurs often. There are tons of Peter Pan books, movies, and plays that extend from the original story. Some work well, and some are just terrible, but it seems to me like these two artists are working very hard to make a good play that keeps the true tale of Peter Pan.
I would find it interesting to learn more about the relationships between the puppetry and the live actors, if its in an avenue Q type fashion, or if they exist is separate but co-existing lives. It is also noteworthy that this adaptation is about the "love" relationship between peter and wendy. I wonder how this plays out in respect to the other characters. Does tink get jealous and form a love triangle?
