Meetings: Doodle Updates with Power Features, Facebook Integration

LifeHacker: "A new 'Power Doodle' option appears when creating a meeting planner or poll, letting people answer with 'If need be,' hiding certain poll options from certain respondents, and other tweaks."

Given how many people now have iCal, Outlook, or at least FaceBook, I want to know why more people don't use the calendar part of LifeHacker. Specifically, I'd like to see the crew/calls schedule show up in an easily distributed format (yeah I know, never gonna happen, but I can dream). I'm one of those people who kind of live by what my schedule in my phone tells me to do next, so the ability to have everyone working of one schedule in a project seems like an awesome idea my my view. I'm surprised no one has tried making money off this by writing a really nice program that lets you save out your calendars as a universal file of some kind.

Everybody seems to be using facebook and it is a powerful tool to stay in contact with friends and relatives who don't live in the same area and such. There are already features to schedule meetings and parties, but I like the idea that has the option to export the information into other programs. This could prove to be a useful way of setting events and meetings up and having it all come to outlook.

I like the idea of a tool that allows people to use whatever other programs they are already familiar and link them all together. It is becoming more and more important for programs to be able to integrate and adapt to all the other tools a person may use, because these days you can easily find another tool that will fit your needs. It is also smart to include something like facebook which is so popular but not make it exclusive to facebook users.
