Local One Includes Lehman College Performing Arts Center Under Jurisdiction
(BroadwayWorld.com): "Local One of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Stagehands has been certified by the National Labor Relations Board as the bargaining agent for the stagehands of the Lehman College Center for the Performing Arts in The Bronx, effectively bringing the Lehman College Center for the Performing Arts under the jurisdiction of the 122-year-old union."

Something is not right in this article. It seems very one sided from the union's perspective. The "litigious" process and applauding the NLRB. What does the Lehman College Performing Arts Center management have to say about it? It seems to be clear the the stagehands wanted to join the union. What really happened. Did the union get away with things they shouldn't have or did the arts center try to pull something they shouldn't have. I want to know the rest of the story.
