Cate Blanchett Backing New Theater Project

First of all I think it is amazing that Cate is so passionate about her art and is so willing to give back. Plus running a company with her husband is also commendable and such an undertaking. It i also nice to see such support for the opposite partner's passion rather than a competitive power struggle as one usually sees in the typical Hollywood couple.
It's great to hear that two people who are so prominent in the film industry are reaching out to theaters around the world. Hopefully they will help expand awareness of theater and increase the theaters' ability to reach a wider range of people.
I'm really excited to see what this couple can do when working together. Having read about them before, it is clear that they not only have a passion for theatre and film but wish to work in these mediums with a social conscience and moral standing.
