As ‘Rent’ Ends 12-Year Run, a Gathering of Fans Overflows With Emotion
NYTimes.com: "It was only a matter of time before it happened. Bring together 50 young fans who have memorized every word of the musical “Rent,” provide free beer, pipe the show’s rousing songs through a set of restaurant stereo speakers, and sooner or later, they may well start dancing on the tables as the characters do in the play’s riotously joyous paean to freedom at the end of Act I, “La Vie Boheme.”"
