ACCA Award
actorsequity.org | Actors' Equity Awards: "IN THE HEIGHTS will receive Actors' Equity Association' Advisory Committee on Chorus Affairs (ACCA) Second Annual ACCA Award for Outstanding Broadway Chorus. This award honors the distinctive talents and contributions made by the chorus of a Broadway musical. The award ceremony will be held at the September 23rd ACCA meeting at Equity's headquarters in New York City."

I had no idea that an award for a b-way chorus existed. I think that the most important factor for a musical is the chorus as they are really the ones who carry the big shows. Its nice to see that they are able to be recognized as a group, and I think that the performers of 'In the Heights" are very deserving.
