Do you REALLY need to get yet more things done?

Lifehack.org: "Increasing your personal productivity is the subject matter of a slew of books, magazine articles, and more than a few successful blogs. It’s fashionable, popular, and, most of all, highly profitable for the authors and writers of software. But does that make it right?"

I completely agree with this article. People are too caught up in getting more work done in less time to have that heroic stature. It's not worth it. In environments that promote this type of lifestyle, people may get a lot of work done, but that doesn't mean they are happy. Feeling stressed and pressured to be constantly working wasting valuable time that you could be relaxed and enjoying life. At the end of the day I would rather be satisfied with the fact that I got one project done to best of my ability and be able to have time to myself, than to get 3 projects done somewhat efficiently and go to bed stressed from the day.To be cliche...life is short and wasting time on being unhappy is not worth it.
