The new chalk seems like it will be really handy for already painter surfaces or places where you wouldn't want the chalk to stay for long.
The little "mitts" seem like a good idea for really old faucets that work, but it takes a little extra force to turn them. This might also be nice for older people who have trouble with their hands, it would reduce the hardness of the knob they are turning.
