I is somewhat funny that this article is telling people how to answer their interview questions. I am sure that on a daily basis interviewers hear similar responses anyway. People are always trying to figure out what the interviewer wants to hear and simply give it their own personal twist.

You would think by now, in this advanced civilization of ours, that we would have rushed passed the carefully calculated truths and even more carefully calculated lies that go into the process of interviewing. Just from the few articles posted on this blog so far about interviewing, I have not only realized how badly my interviews for college really went, but also been frusterated by the conniving nature of (apparently) all interviewers and interviewees. Let me just say that I recognize that it is a skill I will need to learn and develop, but I am not eager to put it into practice.

This seems like a good list of typical interview questions and how to respond to them. Although the list is good sized, some of the questions are fairly obvious and the responses they are looking for are obvious as well. It is good to see that they included traps that you may be drawn into or other schemes to get you to give a bad impression.

A lot of these questions are the fairly generic, but it is nice to have them all compiled onto one list. For me the hardest one that always takes a while to prepare for is tell me about yourself. Yes, the outline for answers are good, but you also want to be memorable on your own without giving the generic answers to the generic questions.
