We talked about this in Dan Martins class today. What the problem that Empty Space is having now that they have decided to close is refunding all of the tickets. The company does not want to file chapter 11 and stiff the loyal audeience since that would give a bad name to the arts community. Empty Space is a true example of community. They could just pocket the money and pay off some debt, but that would not benift the community. This is what seperates the NFP and the FP world.
