'Lestat' the musical takes wing
Lestat will be heading to Broadway next spring. The Elton John-Bernie Taupin musical, featuring the vampire hero from Anne Rice's novels, opens April 13 at the Palace Theatre, with previews beginning March 11. Hugh Panero (Phantom of the Opera) plays the title role. Lestat will have its world premiere Dec. 17 in San Francisco
